Returns & Exchanges

We are confident that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you do need to return an item to us, don’t panic!

Our easy returns service is fast and hassle free. All you need to do is print off our returns form and follow the instructions, making sure to send it back to us with the goods you wish to return.


Exchanging sizes

If you would like to exchange clothing or footwear for a different size, please ensure your goods are returned in perfect condition (i.e. no animal hairs, marks or rips) and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We therefore advise you to send it back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We recommend obtaining proof of posting from your post office when sending back your parcel.

We will cover the cost of posting out your exchanged item(s) on your first return. If you need to return any further items to us for an exchange, you will be required to cover the relevant postage costs incurred.

Please note for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, socks, swimwear, earrings, body jewellery, cosmetics or face masks.

We can only accept returns on cosmetics and hair dyes if they are returned in their original packaging and sealed.

Other Returns
