Returning an unwanted item?

We are confident that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you do need to return an item to us, our returns service is fast and hassle free.

Please ensure you return the item(s) to us in its original condition and packaging (i.e. no animal hairs, marks or chips) within 14 days of receipt.

The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We therefore advise you to send it back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We recommend obtaining proof of postage from your postal office when returning the parcel.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

When returning your item, please include your Name, Email Address, Order Number & Reason for Return to help our team process the return for you as quickly as possible.

Faulty and Incorrect Items

If your order has been damaged in transit or is faulty or incorrect, please get in touch before returning it to us.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. All returned items will be refunded once they arrive at our warehouse. Need it in a different size or colour? Simply place a new order and we will get it processed for you straight away.
