The Exploited are a punk rock band from the second wave of UK punk, formed in late 1979. They started out as an Oi! / punk rock band, before mutating into a faster streetpunk and hardcore punk band, and — from about 1987 on (around the time of Death Before Dishonour) — into a crossover thrash band.
